Wear scarf hat or cap to protect your hair from cold & wind.

Use Conditioner daily.

Don't go out door with your hair wet, you risk breakage.

Avoid to use of hot items on your hair such as blow dryers & curling irons.

Avoid taking hot showers or washing your hear in hot water.

Use warm or cool water instead. Heat can dray out and/or damage your skin and hair.

Try using dry shampoo to wash your hair by using baby powder. Simply sprinkle some baby powder  on to your hair and comb it off.

Use product design for dry or sun damaged hair.

Use the right formula for your hair light products for thin hair & heavier product for thick hair.

Get a trim every 6 to 8 weeks.

Drink lots of water as keeping your body hydrated everyday will help to maintain healthy nails. Cuts or crack in the nails may indicate the need for more liquid.

Every night before you go to bed wash your hand, pat them dry with a clean towel then apply hand moisture. You can rub a small amount of petroleum jelly into the cuticles & the skin surrounding the nails area of motorization.


Try to eat a diet containing as much fresh fruit & raw vegetables as possible as nails requires vitamins, mineral & enzymes.

To keep nails strong & healthy drink lemon & orange juice

Take Garlic & rub on your nails. It also a good remedy for strong nails

Add 1 table spoon lemon juice in one cup warm buffalo milk & soak your nails in this liquid for get rid of nail stains
To get shiny nails apply lemon juice on nails at night

I am very happy to share with you this Facial brightener mask. This mask exfoliates, heals, brightens and moisturizes skin. It refines fades acne marks, pores and prevents blemishes from coming up.



Ingredients:


Sour Cream (Normal cream)                     2 Tbsp.
Honey                                                       2 Tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar/lemon juice               1 Tbsp.
Turmeric                                                   ¼ Tsp.

Method:


Combine all above thing well.
 Apply this mixture on your cleansed face.
Leave on for 20 minutes.
Wash your face with cool water (not cold).
This mask can be use twice a week.
