You will need
2 Cup of water
1/2 tea spoon of grand ginger
1/2 tea spoon of grand turmeric
Honey to taste

Direction:
Bring two cups of water
add 1/2 teaspoon each gran ginger & grand turmeric 
Reduce to a simmer and let it be for 10-15 minutes. 
Strain, add honey to taste, and enjoy daily
